We are far too thin on the ground in midfield to let him leave.

There's something about him I like. He's a good little player in the making if he can rise to the challenge. Most of his shortcomings could be attributed to struggling to adapt in the first season.

£2m loan in our situation would suggest the staff hate his guts. Maybe not as harmless as he seems.

Or simply don't rate him.

Allowing him to attend that wedding wasn't a great sign, pre planned or not. Was it his own wedding? Little fool.

No matter, it might signal we have a midfielder coming in.
