No, you're implying that me saying he'd get them fit is a contradiction of me saying the fitness issue stretches back as far as him, which it isn't.

Well it is tbf..

Five days ago- Our poor fitness stretches back as far as Fergie

Now- First thing Fergie would do is get us fit.
