Exclamation Transfer Deadline Day

The window SLAMS shut at 17:00 for PL clubs, after which they can then have their teams pillaged by European clubs for three weeks without being able to sign replacements.

Anyway, I'm hearing the big drama of the day could centre around Jack Grealish and his protracted move to Spurs. Very much in the balance.

First deal of the day...

Jose this morning:

“I'm not confident and the market closes today,” he declared. “So it's time - at least for me - to stop thinking about the market because the market will be closed, so I will have to focus on the players I have in relation to this first couple of matches"

When asked if there will be any activity today:

"The information I have is no"

Well good job he hasn't been rubbishing his current players and saying we needed new players or it would be a really bad season.....oh

Wolves signing Leander Dendocker.

They're going to have a better midfield than us next season.

Dendocker, Moutinho, Neves.
