SSN reporting that the hearing will take 3 days. Will not deal with who owns Tevez, only injunction bought by Joorabchian to force West Ham to release his registration. Carlitos Tevez himself has been called as a witness by West Ham and will be cross examined by their legal representatives.
Apparently West Ham's lawyers have mentioned a possible dodgy signature on a contract signed on December 1st last year between Duxbury and Tevez. This contract is reported to be the document that Kia is using to assert his rights over Tevez. SSN think there is likely to be a broader case dealing with ownership etc later this year or possibly even next year. |
