Good old divvy Joe Cole trying to find some positives for Chelsea.

“He put on all the attacking players, the Chelsea fans will respond to that”

They did respond to it, they booed at full time.

With the benefit of hindsight we should probably have considered signing him.

You underestimate the recruitment team and Woodward. They obviously had a bloody good consider in signing him. Nearly go to thinking of putting in a bid, stage.

Woodward and murtough

He seems a little bit like Zlatan tbh. Big, tall and able to score acrobatic goals. Obviously he's got nowhere near Zlatan's skill level but his ability to throw himself and any limb at the ball in the box and score reminds me of him.

I genuinely don't think he's going to be injury prone. I could be wrong but he just doesn't seem to have the body type for it, i know he's played a ton of football at a very young age and that could contribute - but those Nordic viking genes are something else.

Erm, he'd be here but for the fact we wouldn't put the £130m quid buyout clause after 2 seasons that they wanted. I thought this was pretty much established.

Exactly, he's a 120+ player, hiding at city for £54m

When his ACL goes.....

Inject me

Can't do much about the 2nd as it's point blank but what the £#%&! is he doing for Stones's goal? Almost got out the way of it.

if only we at some point had a Norwegian manager who was involved in him breaking into the first team properly and his manager at the time.
if only he was good friends with his dad as well.

that smiling clown literally could do anything right ...

should have be wrapped up in a bow for us in the 3 years he was in charge

tbh Ive always been highly skeptical he'd have signed for united with his dads history.

That being said, had City got Kane, it would have left us and Chelsea as the only obvious suitors given the voids we both have.

I expected him to sign for Chelsea then end up at Real/Barca in 3-4 years.

Real and Barca don't agitate City players though so he'll play there until his best days are behind him a la Aguero.

He’s got the buy out clause though and an agency firm that want him to constantly move like Pogba

Read about it pal. Ole tried to get the £#%&!er to United while he was Molde manager, Woodward £#%&!ed it by getting the allotted time for a call to seal the deal wrong, for £3m

If United are a serious club they will go all out for Bellingham in the summer. Generational midfield talent.
