Press haven't a clue and, tbh, it's refreshing after the last few years, where everyone knew who we were going for*

*Except for last summer and Martial
Two things Mr clark - 1. No one with a working brain cell takes a blind bit of notice of the shit served up in what passes for the 'press'. 2. You are one of the worst for following and regurgitating the shit served up by said 'press'.

Perhaps now, you will get that brain cell of yours repaired

but can't argue with his record. Mourinho said last season we need this type of player - gets the ball in the net one way or another. Wasn't expecting him to shell out 75m for it. If he signs, can't believe if he'll be the only forward we bring in.
i'd imagine we'd also sign a hernandez type player, not a big name marquee signing who starts every game, but someone who we can bring off the bench if we need a goal or two.

It's changed a bit...

Quote:
Manchester United have agreed a fee of around £75m with Everton for striker Romelu Lukaku, senior club sources have told the BBC.

Manchester United say they have agreed a fee of around £75m but Everton say no deal has been reached

Get the impression United are about to look like £#%&!ing idiots again..

Why would United look like idiots? They haven't announced anything.

It's just that whopper stone, SSN and most of this forum that has been WUMed.

Erm, United have told the BBC they've agreed a deal. Going to look pretty bloody stupid if they haven't.

No they haven't. Someone at United has told Simon Stone they've agreed a fee for reasons other than actually intending to sign him.

If they had agreed a deal, it would be on the United website.

It's not.

Of all the scenarios, surely we wouldn't leak that a fee is agreed unless it has?

That would only make us look daft.

Absolutely £#%&!ing pathetic, isn't it. Bring back the days when Andy Cole was photographed witb Fergie at Old Trafford holding a United shirt, without a single rumour, Tweet or yellow ticker to be seen anywhere.

This hysteria over what are essentially bang average players is £#%&!ing tiresome.

It's £#%&!ing vile....

People losing their shit over this will he won't he + Morata conundrum...

Supposedly the biggest club in the world.

The pair of them wouldn't be anyone's top 3 signings.

Sky sports news earlier comparing his minutes to goals ratio with Morata....another player we haven't signed!

As Neo says, miss the days where you'd just pick up the paper or switch on the news and there was Andy Cole stood next to Fergie.
