should have scored with first shot and the keeper was embarrassing, but... did lol. good effort. her cross before that led to a point blank miss was good, too.

I got angry about how they celebrate the end. Lap of honour. Wearing silly hats and flags and scarves. Facing and singing. It’s a semi final. Not won £#%&! all yet.

Well done girls. Sadly the press are over-selling it like they’ve played like 08 United. Don’t overegg it, just praise it as the improvement it is on what it was 10-15 years ago.

seems fair. why not celebrate?

let's hope we face an abomination of a keeper in the final, too.

I wouldn't get too excited, though. sweden missed a shitload of chances in the qf, too. maybe someone else will be more ruthless.

have we got a ruth? we shouldn't have.

have checked. we don't. it's on.

Genuine Q: are you watching because of the quality/entertainment value, or simply because england are doing well at something?

not the latter.

I have watched from the start. because it's football. I have watched games not featuring england (eg: I watched sweden v belgium, as indicated above). I am interested to see the improvements. keepers have always been shocking, but not so bad here. except lindahl last night.
