I hope this is just a reaction to the expansion of the cl and doesn't lead to anything.

Let’s be honest it’s going to happen at some point as all the big European clubs seem to be itching to make it happen and get their snouts in an even bigger trough

Hopefully this is just another power play and doesn’t lead to anything but if a super league happens and it’s the end of the traditional domestic matches at the weekend and European matches mid-week then that’s me done with football

Yep, their "football" is arguably the most socialist sport there is.

Would be disastrous for United in football terms, and the absolute dream situation for the Glazers. No need to bother even investing enough to get in the Champions League if we're guaranteed the loot from its replacement

Still far from convinced this will happen any time soon, if ever.

Haven't they secured a 5 billion dollar loan from goldman sachs or someone to get this off the ground?

loads of options. Not into a super league but if it shakes up uefa/fifa then that'll be good.

Front page of the BBC website lists the 5 English clubs but only shows the badges of us & the vermin.
So, give them a bit of time to whittle it down. And also got the Spanish & Italians to Heysel out of the picture too.
