Absolutely this. Our last CL was achieved despite the Glazers though, because Gill and Fergie kept them away from the football side.

My concern was more that success will increase the "value" of the club in their eyes (even though the value of the stadium is continually decreasing).

Fan ownership is an impossible dream. Ten quid from every Red around the world wouldn't be enough to buy it. No point owning the powerless block of shares either. Fans shouldn't need any power in the club, it should be run properly. Still waiting to see what happens with the stadium and other issues but at least the glazers know that the fans have the power/ability to cause matches to be postponed.

How many will fall off the Glazers Out train when that happens? Is it green and gold until we start winning again for some?

Or is that too pessimistic a view and they'll simply be happy to cash in once the value is back up with what they expect?
Start to challenge again? Regular champions league runs? We’re £#%&!ing miles off.

Something has to give regardless.
This.

100%. I understand we've been through a bit of a shit time but it doesn't take that long to build a good side with a bit of luck.

Exactly. Bizarre to think otherwise, they've taken hundreds of millions out of the club. What the £#%&! has trophies got to do with it?

Any success is in spite of them. Not because of.

Yep. Finally looks like we've got a guy who knows what he's doing, and is signing players made of the right stuff.

Fantastic to see after the lunatics had taken over the asylum for the last few years.
