It's not about being knowledgeable about the game.
The majority can't even vocalise that knowledge in an intelligent way or intelligible way.

I'm no footballing sage nor would admit to being one, but when the average amateur level manager can articulate their way about the game than the dribbling %@#$&! Jamie Redknapp does every weekend, it's no wonder sky's coverage is so shite.

Listened to it the other night for the first time in many years,
utter nonsense and most of them just come across as bitter.

Agbonahlor is a complete #@&%! , some of the so called pundits and guests on talksport are total idiots , its embarrasing listening to them sometimes o hara , cundy , Goldstein etc are stealing a living

Trevor £#%&!ing Sinclair is one boring, unintelligent @#%&!.

I don't listen to Talksport that much these days but still enjoy Simon Jordan's different takes from time to time - but it seems that every time I'm driving somewhere and stick TS on, £#%&!ing Sinclair is there with his child-brain outpourings and that's me gone.

I have occasionally had the misfortune to be reunited with Messrs Keys and Gray when watching streams of matches taken from Bein and £#%&! me they're horrible, sensationalist ABU £#%&!ers - much worse than when they were on Sky.

The point above about Gullit, Wilkins and Souness is a very good one, sadly.

Before I jacked watching any of them I realised that this has nothing to do with any real analysis of the game and had become a form of entertainment, celebs and tv personalities and I'd imagine they all have 'producers' in their ear at all times with Sky and social media hits dictating the agenda and content,

it's all bs for me and I'd happily go back to the days when motd was just a very good football programme and commentators just talked football and mostly knew what they were talking about, instead of these jokey tv celebs whom I don't find funny and tell me nothing about the game. Absolute crap
