so why did you? you wasn't asked, you literally just volunteered the information, that is the complete opposite of what you claimed.

just be honest, say you have an opinion that some don't share and you have found a tweet that helps support your position and you are taking great delight in showing it.

He’s like an old woman spreading gossip in his style of posting. Most bizarre.

I think we should give The Scottish Player a run out at 9 in his place; what say you?

He’s terrible.

Signed as a forward but ends up running around in midfield like a dog who’s got off its lead because he’s ineffective in his own position.

What’s he supposed to say? “Nah I can’t wait until he’s gone tbh, he’s only here because we’re skint”

Well he could have said nothing, or given a short answer

“Weghorst’s current Burnley deal runs until 2025 but when asked about the prospect of a longer stay at Old Trafford, Ten Hag said: “Of course (he could stay) and I think he’s doing a lot of elements of football really well.

“He’s doing a really good job for us in pressing. He’s the leader of the process in the pressing, starts the press, he’s very good in the backward pressing.

“He’s taking other positions, his link-up play he’s doing really well.

“He’s making good movements, making space for others, so he’s also good in the set-plays, so he is really contributing to the performance of this team.”

United have lost only two games in all competitions this calendar year and Ten Hag added: “He played almost all of the games (since arriving) so he is really part of that success.”

The big man rates the big man. Good enough for me.

It’s interesting in all that review he never mentions the word “goals” once might have a small party when he’s sent packing back to turkey.

Did he forget to bring some of his stuff back when his loan there finished?

I thought we were paying his loan and he’d return there because Burnley cant afford his wages?

The loan was cancelled completely. We paid the termination fee that Burnley had to give to Besiktas. They had an option to buy him for £12m at the end of this season, but Burnley are/were hoping that a successful spell at United would increase his profile and let them get a higher fee than that in the summer for him.

Ah right. Why wouldn’t we buy him then if Besiktas and Burnley don’t want him.

If anything, his price has probably decreased...
