When Big Micah goes on the rob in B&Q he's walking out with a bidet, not a £#%&!ing toilet seat.

I like the lad, really strong player. Would be ideal on the right of a back 3.

Is he still built like a brick shithouse with an extension and loft? Tell him to cut back on the gym/dead lifting Jamie Pollock/fighting Bigfoots or whatever he does, carry a little less weight could add more pace and would probably have less injury problems as they all tend to be muscular or knee with him. Him and Nedum are top guys.

He didn't look that big as he has previously. He has a flat opposite as well from what I have heard.

He's a sprinter. He doesn't have to run about for 90 minutes.

nor do footballers, its short sharp movements constantly five yards here, ten there. The chances of being on the move for anything more than 5 seconds flat out at any stage in a game are miniscule. Muscle is certainly not going to slow him down as a centre half.
