I like everything about EtH and what be has done in such a short space of time. There is a definite style and sense of purpose; there is unity and belief; he has authority and high standards - if players do not meet those standards then they are penalised.

Trust is the key word for me. The players trust him and his tactics, and he trusts the players he selects to carry out his instructions. Selecting Shaw at CB to deal with Haaland seemed like madness, but Shaw was brilliant. Detailing Fred to deal with de Bruyne was all about trust - I think someone on here likened it to SAF's occasional use of Park.

One other thing - credit to McLaren too. His input is not given the credit it deserves.
