Yep. Looks like Mou has been proved right about another dud.

Hearing even Joel is having his doubts now.

Huge call, we were knocking on the door before he arrived!

Never knew that, had an absolute Lingard with the lads age.

There's a quality player in there, but he's getting to the point now where his potential has passed him by.

Although with that said, he could score in his next game and then bag at least 20 for the season, and his shit start to the season would all but be forgotten.

My opinion on him is just like the sort of player he is. Inconsistent as f***.
Should be in his prime, especially given much of his game is pace.

He should have been kicking on this season instead he has been sent off and left our champions league hopes hanging by a thread.

he's not consistent enough and doesn't look arsed.

looking forward to watching his testimonial, tbh.

It's like playing with 10 men with this dopey c*** in the team

a total liability when he's in this form

He’s a fair weather player - looks great when he’s in the mood, but all too often he is on the periphery of the game - not a good look for a lone striker.

We are not a good enough team to have luxury players who don’t put in a shift every minute of every game.

Martial is a scorer of great goals not a great goal scorer - and when he isn’t scoring he offers absolutely nothing else to the team

True.

I think we have a large enough sample size now for players like Martial, Pogba, Shaw etc to pretty much know what you’re going to get - or not, to be more accurate. The more Ole continues to put the team’s fate in the hands of these people the deeper he’s digging his own grave.

The early fawning over Arteta is nauseating, but I admire the way he’s exiled a 400k per week player - even in the face of them creating four-fifths of £#%&! all - because he understands that completely.

Needs a goal that's all.

Very good player in terrible form.

He can be a very good player, but he won’t ever be a top player because he’ll never be consistent.

He might not ever be a top player, but who is apart from Bruno and potentially Greenwood.

Guys like martial and rashford are decent players, if we surround them with better players I think you'll see improvements. Both still under 25 I wouldnt write either off yet but let's get some quality in so we don't have to rely on them.

Midfield is the biggest problem, Fred, The Scottish Player, Matic, pogba, vdb all range from average to woeful when played as a CM.

Improve the cms and you will see big improvements in martial, rashford and greeners

And guess what, we’ll be 2 points off the top when we beat West Ham on Saturday

agreed....he's got all the ability to be a very good player but he doesn't have the mentality to be a top player on a consistent basis

it's a shame too because Ole and it seems like everyone at United have put their complete faith in him

Needs to get his stuff together. Does anyone see any improvement in him from his first season?

He doesn’t have the movement or instinct to play number 9. He doesn’t seem to have the work ethic to be on the wing.

Will be surplus to requirements next season, should be used as transfer bargaining chip.

That Martial hasn’t trained on under Carrick and McKenna, doesn’t mean he’s seen as having reached his ceiling.
Other clubs would pay good money I’m sure.
