saw a lot of it "live"

bit hit and miss, picks up towards the encore, but the final song was poor

Think the last one of them I bought was in about 1993.

Watched the treble one once. Knew what was gonna happen at the end which spoilt it for me.

I haven't bought one since the treble but I like to steal them off the internet and flick through. This one sounds particularly bad though

How bad can they really be, show all the goals, replays, the odd interview and footage of picking up the trophy. Fairly simple format .

I remember buying one from the club in about 1986 - in house produced, not commericially available. No voice over, shitty bontempi music over the opening credits, most of the goals looked like they were recorded via a video camera. Cost about £20 as well which was a fortune then...

those amazon reviews have to be off vermin/liar/must fans ffs

complaining that they glossed over the vermin away game and all the other defeats? are you sure?

complaining that the commentators aren't pretending to be neutral? yeah ok

Had a quick look on amazon and the complaints are all the same, commentary exclusively from MUTV and the footage is all from strange angles, entirely different to what would be used in a live broadcast. Other bits about music playing over the commentary and a lacks of replays.

My first game at Old Trafford was that season too. The 2-1 against Everton between Christmas & New Year.

I bought most the season reviews during the 90s.
Got the 2003, 07 & 08 ones.

got every season review since 1988 on video and dvd.

the older ones aren't as good though, they don't have every game on them like the up to date ones.

even the 1993/4 season review doesn't have fa cup games on it.

downloading it now.

you do realise that amazon reviews are open to the general public right? as in, the general public that hate us?
