A ruthless structure won’t think twice and that’s what we’ve been crying out for.
I could take a few years meandering around 6th if it looked like something was building tactically, but there’s never any plan - players coming in should know exactly what to do as well, that’s what makes you better than the sum of your parts. We will never be that under ETH. Yeah but who do you replace him with? Not sure… Instigate a competitive recruitment process setting the bar high and see, like any big business would. |
