good riddance.

the worst striker we have had all things considered.

a striker that’s post 0 goal threat. 4 “shots on target” in 20+ games.

the man who signed him is still at the club signing more players which is still my biggest worry.

Yeah you have mentioned it pal.

Seems strange to pinpoint one signing as reason to be ‘worried’ and ignoring absolutely everything else

Compared to him Fred played like Pele. Thanks for the memories, even if they were terrible

Replaced arguably the greatest player of all time and we actually got BETTER when he did.

Goal in the semi final and assist in the final for our first trophy in six years. Played a huge role in our best post-Fergie season.

Best loan signing in the club’s history? Got to be up there.

Look forward to seeing him and Maysie doing talks in Dubai in a few years.

His pressing helped us at times, but he was so severely limited in the rest of his game. I get why we got him but it was painful to watch.

At the time we didn't have much choice as we needed someone quickly and it wasn't a good idea to panic sign a player when we had longer term targets.

Hoijland should be a massive improvement.
