Some decent bits of play, cracking goal and we've not conceded. Bruno and Cass have done more bickering with each other than anything else. Not convinced we'll keep a clean sheet. Need to score the next goal.

Like I said in the OP the only plan we seem to have is to continue to play a way no one seems comfortable with and hope something comes off and we have some luck. This is probably his strongest team available and don’t look any better than any of the combinations he’s put out all season.

Still we’re winning at home to west ham so yay!

Didn’t think we were that bad

Not the usual chaos with the likes of Martinez, Casemiro and Shaw back…. But too slow on the counter. There’s so often a simple option to progress the move that gets ignored

The two wide players haven’t been great either

Hojlund confidence sky high now and a lovely goal. He’s a cracking player.

Move the ball quicker and there’s more for us.

£#%&!ing boring.

Rassers aside it’s horrendous watching the attack, the decision making from everyone but him is a disaster & unforgivable when there’s so many basic errors.

I don’t really understand why we’re so passive and bypassing the midfield when we do have it.

I'm just hoping it's simply because this is only the second game with everyone back and playing in the same team.

More games = more cohesion

The irony being if we don’t get the second and WH equalise, we’ll then start showing the right intensity

One positive from Onana being so shit is that we’ve reduced the playing around at the back quite a bit.

I feel like the gap between the midfield and defence has shrunk. Maybe in response to the big gaps we leave on the counter. He’s just being a bit pragmatic, which means a loss of possession because we have two banks of 4.

Outside the good save from Onana early on West Ham haven’t created anything clear.

Maybe a 3rd game in 8 days or whatever is catching up with the guys who haven’t played in 6 months, likes of shaw, Casemiro etc.

We do need to hold on to the ball more, even if it means sacrificing the odd counter .

Maybe. Can’t imagine ten hag insists that shaw should never close anyone down - stands 2 yards away from the attacker all the time. It’s so open on the left hand side for West Ham.

Going forward, I’ve no problem with him but so passive at the back it’s unreal.

Can we just speed up the passing a little bit? Sit back amble around like that and West Ham will score.

Hojlund though If Garnacho had played a better ball at the end there.

Maguire playing very well. Very little space with west ham dropping deep need to get round the flanks. Martinez is something else.

12 shots from £#%&!ing West Ham in the first half.

Tells you how passive we are without the ball. Just invite balls into the box.

Any chance someone could tell Dalot to stop taking shots?

he's too narrow when we defend. and dalot is playing 2 and 10. no real problem with him in either position, but it's an odd combo when we lose the ball.

oh, harry.
