They're a decent side, sure. City are a better one.

It's up to them if they win or not.

Clowns view doesn't make sense. He's saying the best team will always win because they're better? When has football ever worked like that? Leicester is an awkward game for them, probably one of the last teams they'd want to play at this stage.

Thanks

Not so much this season? Then it doesn't matter does it?

The point is that while we're all looking at how there opponents might play, the league will be determined by how City and Liverpool play.

No, I'm saying the bigger factor on the outcome of the game is them, not shit teams like £#%&!ing Newcastle.

We're looking through the wrong end of the telescope.

If either of them drop points now it will be because their own performance level drops.

It's working more and more like that these days what with the huge gap between the top teams and the average/shite ones. That's not even to mention the huge gap between City/Liverpool and the rest of the table.

I was being sarcastic with the 'Yeah like that' re Brenton.

It makes no difference that he used to manage Liverpool. Is he suddenly going to work harder ? Has he been holding something back this whole time and now he's REALLY motivated.

He's a good manager managing a side that can cause city problems .

Pep is a better manager managing a better side that can cause more problems.

They certainly do. They got out of jail last night.... because they'd thrown that game away. They defended uncharacteristically poorly and missed chances.

Had they dropped points, it would have been on them, Not some amazing Newcastle performances orchestrated by Rafa (which the liverpool fans were worried about)

Yep. Look are form of the state of them ffs. What have they won in a row now between them? About 25? They're turning up every week and beating every £#%&!ing team in our overrated league. Most weeks, quite comfortably. Most scares are coming at their own hand.

If they both continue to turn up for these games, it'll be three more wins between them and city will win the league.

The only slip will come from a drop in performance levels. And even then it might not. Like last night.

Except that they have had a fair amount of luck to get where they now are - last night included.

Don't get me wrong, they are a good team playing excellent football - they have still been "gifted" half a dozen points net easily tho.

Yep. The odd break here and then doesn't get you 94 points.

We had all this shit levelled at us in the 90s and it was tedious then.

The scousers have had every advantage possible this season. From having extra recovery to constantly playing before city in the run in.
