His final ball may be utter crap, but he knows how to play that position. He's rarely bossed for strength and pace, and make good runs at the right time to break through the oppositions defense.

Williams is only 19, and it's not like he burst onto the scene as a wonder kid. Still has a lot of work to do but he clearly has some real potential if he keeps working at getting better.
