Default Harry Maguire - #timesup

He’s pound for pound the worst defender in the league. Genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen a professional footballer so poor on the ball. Ole giving this clown the armband was the worst thing he did - he undermined both himself and the entire rest of the squad in one move.

We, as fierce and loyal supporters of this football club, must make it clear that Harry Maguire is no longer welcome here.

What are you asking, people to boo our own player?

Have faith in ETH, he knows, or at least he’ll be a bit clearer after today.

I wouldn’t complain at this.

Mainly just wanted to start a thread to slag him off tbh. Thanks.

Ten Hag knows already. Wait till August. If he's still here then, Boo-urns your little cotton socks off.

I can see him rebuilding his career to some extent tbf, but it won't be at United.

he’s going. no need to be a #@&%! about it

he’s stayed professional, taken his medicine like a man and hopefully can rebuild his career elsewhere

Was just coming to say this. Not that I think he had a chance before the game, I thought as a squad player he was useful.

Pound for pound the worst signing ever. Seriously. His bad defending aside, the poor touches and poor passing aside, the slow recover pace aside.

When he has the ball he just holds onto it and takes 3/4/5 touches every time. It sets the tone and tempo of the game out our attacking intent. It might not seem a lot but having a player who can move it quicker along the line is so important to our way of playing.

honestly , he is done. Not that he had a career at United before the game today just was the final nail on the head.

Well said. He’s an awful player - had we not had the late burst of brilliance from Rashford and Garnacho, we’d be singling Maguire out as the root cause of such a poor performance. We just can’t afford to start this guy.

He is done and will go in the summer. There’s a reason ETH starts our LB at CB .

I don’t think he’s got a horrible attitude. Just isn’t good enough . Lindelof is ahead of him now

He’s bad, but he’s also low on confidence. He doesn’t suit ETH’s game and he makes everyone around him nervous. Shaw looks half the player.

He’ll be gone in the summer, Thank God.

He also seems to make DDG nervous - Maguire must know he's not up to it when he sees what Martinez and Varane can do. His passing was atrocious today. He's a better player than he is showing for us.

He just needs to be a decent squad member and go at the end of the season.

He’s a solid defender and will do well for a decent PL team, Jonny Evans-style. Could see him going back to Leicester in the summer. That was his level and should have stayed that way.

Confidence and tactics plays a big part aswell.

Teams that play deeper and a bit more direct he would actually be a very good defender. Think someone like dyche and Everton would love him.

Interviewed after the game on Sky. He knows he's a dead man walking.

Yeah. He’s a solid defender. And he’s a better player than we’re seeing now. You see that for England. He’ll go and do well someone. He deserves too. He’s not a bad guy, he just should never ever have been signed by Manchester United.

He must’ve seen his ‘best of’ vid on YouTube too then.
