Those two & Cyle Larin as a front three, Larin scored 13 in qualifying - 2 more than David. Davies provides all the ammo apparently - 8 assists & he missed a bunch of games with Covid.

They can't use it to overturn offsides except on goals. So the player being wrongly called offside stands, therefore they can't adjudicate on the penalty. Absurd but there it is.

That's 100% a second penalty, terrible call by the linesman, and utterly pointless from var
