James is useful - his running can be a huge asset.

Team game.

Can’t wait for this. Exciting days.

not sure greenwood benefits from being in the middle, either.

Yes, I’m looking forward to much dilly-dallying on the ball before looking surprised that we’re being pressed.

I’ll take James over Matic starting but what is the point of DvB

Just take whatever we can get for him and use that to buy any sort of defensive midfielder that Ole will actually use

Yep. No The Scottish Player, Matic dropped and he still can’t get in. Pogba no more a central midfielder than he is. Just doesn’t fancy him.

Oh do £#%&! off you miserable @#%&!. Debuts for 2 stellar new signings and all you can do is moan about the prospect of a midfield pairing of starting cms for Brazil and France.

I was defending James in the other thread but didn't expect him to start.

Don't care though. Looking forward to see that team.

James an odd one but no matter 2-0 to the boys in red.

That running and work rate will be needed even more so with Pogba in midfield. I think that might be the thinking behind it.

Once again going into a game, I haven’t a clue what to expect. So much to get excited about and so much to worry about

Varane could do with putting on a few pounds imo.

Our players don’t tend to have a problem with that tbf, ask Rom.
