Their calamitous performance against Sheff United at OT basically handed the title to City.
You know, it is possible, that we're not good enough at both ends of the pitch at critical points.

The attack was poor today and then you look at the debacle in games like Everton at home and the defence was all over the shop.

The attack is understaffed. The midfield isn’t good enough and the defence didn’t turn up until March

I agree, it's been totally neglected.

You look at the 4 forwards we had on the pitch today. Only Dan James cost us any money.

Seems quite straight forward, we have scored the second most in the league, conceded the third least. We're a decent team, but need to strengthen throughout the squad to compete with City.

10 draws would tell you we are missing something in the attacking personnel

We've failed to score in a fifth of our league games. We need better attacking quality starting every week, not to sit on the bench.

Predictions not his strong suit
tbf getting down to them still needing 2 wins from 5 isnt walking away with it with many predictions saying it was won 10 games ago ..

I think we expected more from the front three this season.

They got over 60 between them last season. Have they even managed 30 between them this year?

Martial form has killed us this season. Rashford is spent and desperately needs a rest. Greenwood is coming good now, but some serious second season syndrome going on. Cavani needs a time machine.

Very talented, but consistency is the next step for the front lot, which should come given their age.

martial and rashford haven't looked fit at any point. greenwood has consistently played well... out of position and with little service. cavani is a legend in black and white (honestly think the third kit was an attempt to make him feel more at home between episodes of champion the wonder horse).

the real problem with them is that bruno has been very average and pogba was injured for weeks. and we still don't have a winger who can dribble or cross.

Still think Rashford has been sacrificed by playing accross the front three positions because he will play / plug holes when others are injured even when hes not fit himself. That says more about the likes of Martial and Cavanni who seem to pick and choose which matches they are available for.

I agree we need more additions up top and then play players in their best position so they can develop form and confidence

you can't really complain. the guy's 35 years old or whatever and we got him on a free when he hadn't kicked a ball in 6 months.

Maybe the club should actually invest in a centre forward in his 20s instead of stop-gap freebies.
