1 game in 11 months. Reckon he might be easing him in?

He has clearly got The Scottish Player and Fred back in to make us solid and build a foundation for the attacking players to do damage, which I agree with. We were a mess. However, today he had to start Greenwood or Cavani.

Axel has played one game in nearly a year. Let's hope he's being eased in eh?

Not really surprised Axel isn’t playing tbh considering he’s played once in a year

But no Telles or Donny is odd imo, not sure what DVB has to do to get a start

Telles not being on the bench means it's probably not through choice.

I can't see any reason James should be in the squad, let alone starting.

Would love to have seen a back 3 with wing backs again, especially telles.

Hard to argue with the rest.

Think the management of VDB has been spot on

Will be a first name on the team sheet come the new year.

Maybe Beeky is really shit in training. He's looked OK in the brief time he's had on the pitch.

It's puzzling why he's had so little minutes. Especially with Greenwood now out. It seems the club have always seen him as a squad player.

Telles dropped.
No Cav
No Greeny
No Axel
No Beeky
Shit like Shaw, AWB and James nailed on first teamers.

Is Ole trying to get fired?

Hopefully just easing him in - plenty of games for the lad coming up

no idea why daniel james is being involved in anything tbh. His recent form is horrible. Gets the ball, continually picks the wrong option early on then the game just passes him by until he's subbed.
