Ajax has made 5 subs? Liverpool 4? Wtf?

Just checked and Atlanta made 5 subs tonight. Is this a new rule?

Edit - so have most teams. Ridiculous. Seems it's a new rule.

Did you not watch us last night? PSG made 5, Champions League kept the same sub rule as last season.

Is it the same situation ie only three stoppages but you can change more than one at a time? I did notice when Di Sappointment went off some other @#%&! did too.

Ajax should've scored there right at the death. Lucky vermin @#%&!s. Again.

It is in most leagues too tbh, think we’re the only league that went back to 3, so that’ll stand us in good stead later in the competition as future opponents can rest 5 in the games leading up to ties with English sides.

They always get the luck in this comp.

Ajax are a good football team but tend to overplay it every time.

In their last 23 competitive games stretching as far back as the the first leg with Atletico, over a period of 7 months, they've lost 8 and drawn 3.

More than a third of all games lost and a shade lucky it wasn't more than that. They also lost the Community Shield.

It's all good. The run is over. They're finding their real level now.

I’ve read a couple of reports from previous games and everyone seems very impressed with him

The BBC headline on Liverpool Ajax

"Own goal gives injury-hit Liverpool win at Ajax

Injury hit 2 players.

"Late Rashford strike gives depleted Man Utd win in Paris"

Doesn't have the same ring to it.
