How can one of the top 10 countries in the world have so many children who require FSM, and rely on them so heavily that in half-term, that vouchers and meals need to be provided for them at home?

Cleverer people than me will have better answers, but the cost of housing has to be one factor. Almost Impossible to buy a house if you're a single parent, rent is extortionate, social housing is reduced. I guess ince your fixed outgoings go out theres not a lot left to go round.
