Default Sit Bloody Down For the Champions

Wish there was a way to get people starting the "Stand up for the champions" Chant, it does my head in. It shows no imagination and is the kind of chant that I would expect to hear for England fans

I sit in the east stand and it must be sang atleast 20 times during a match.

Its the kind of thing that I would expect from day trippers.

Mate it's embarrassing.

Only smaller sections of the Stretty sing it but it can still be heard. It's the worst chant imo.

It propers winds them up i bet, saw one of them do that long fighting stretch once in NT3

Another time the female one was shadow boxing as it was sung...

and i swear a guy in south stand in a luminous stewards vest was skipping and power bll boxing with his mate the other week.

Watch out singers....

Don't think so?

It has been sang at Chelsea and Arsenal as well. They don't have a standing problem as far as I'm aware?

It's just a £#%&! chant.

That's why it used to be sung, in the 90's anyway. When the stewards would try and make a section sit, it'd be sung and they'd be £#%&!ed off.

Now the £#%&!ers stand up for 10 seconds, clap, then sit back down £#%&!ing clowns.

I think it was... back in the mid-90's there was a lot of aggro in K stand with stewards and their heavy handedness with persistent standing. 'SUFTC' was sang to get the entire staduim up in unison as an act of defiance... unfortunately it's still sung today.

ah right.

I was a kiddo back then. I still thought 'sheep, sheep, sheep £#%&!gers' was in fact 'cheap, cheap, cheap writers.'

Was pretty funny when they used to ask people to sit down over the tannoy. Never seen 50,000 people stand up quicker
