The frustration and anger with Pogba built up over 6 years of pissing about, not performing and wanting away. The Ronaldo thing is a week after a season he finished top scorer and he’s 37. The situations aren’t in any way comparable.

There’s a balance to be found lads; pretty much everyone agrees that Ronnie should go asap if he wants out, but most sane people will afford him a little more respect than Pogba as a) he hasn’t swanned off in the middle of a season and b) he delivered on the pitch far more consistently in one season than Pogba did in 6.

How long will we have to wait?
