Germany have lit up this tournament, great side to watch, pity they are to meet Spain in the semis as i think that they have been the best sides in the tournament.

I reckon theyll win it. Just too many big players that arent going to be overawed. Germany's midfield (good as they are) will get dicked by the usual 2 imo.

I hope the winner comes from the Spain-Germany semi.

We need the better footballing sides to win the World Cup. Successful teams are copied and imitated throughout the game, so it's important that it's the right example. Like Brazil, we should want the Dutch to have a re-think about their style, not be rewarded for kicking their way through teams. The Germans winning it would certainly be healthy for the game.

not really. the germany equaliser was an absolute joke decision for a start off. holland were easily the better side, but couldn't handle the shock of actually being behind.

yeah good point, we need less teams copying defensive outlooks and more coaches focusing on imposing their own side's positives on the opposition rather than this recent trend of protective blankets screening the central defence.
