Due to increased awareness of St Patricks Day in much of Asia I'm looking into deconstructing rice into a form similar to that used in Smash and then re-shape the rice flour substance into chip shapes for frying.

Will let you know how I get along.

Sounds good, though I want an apology from Elhombre first. He described me as 'evil looking' after last time. There was me looking after him, getting him back to Newton Heath safe and sound and then I hear that. I have feelings and he hurt them.
Missed out on the chips last time coz I didnt want south manc types lookin down your noses at us Northerners but this time I'll bring chips to the cultured end of the table.
