Yes but specifically, to get the driver to stop outside a pub and sit on his arse reading the Daily Star, that is cited by Boyle as a reason to pay extra. It costs more for these drivers to not drive, than to drive, what a life.

as a person he is sound ..if hes charging 50 quid and people pay it then thats there choice .. theres aplenty of ways to get to london .hes organised a coach set the fair , it may bacjfire on him and he looses out , but my opinion of him as a person wont alter .
