Bojack Horseman is amazing.
The Good Place is utter shit for women. Avoid.
The Keepers is massively depressing but OK, better stuff out there.

I started The Deuce yesterday, David Simon's new one about the advent of p*rn in 70's New York. Maggie Gyllenhall gets her ***s out, James Franco having a hoot playing brothers & most of the cast of The Wire pop up. Method Man & the other pimps steal it though, absolutely sensation get ups

If you're looking for anything domestic, Fleabag is on the iPlayer, only 6 episodes but it's brilliant.

Dark (on netflix) - Just finished it - like a time travel based Stranger Things set in a small German town. Very good but a bit complicated for my easily distracted little noggin. Worth a watch with concentration. 7.6/10

thanks baron. seen the deuce and enjoyed it (despite franco stinking the place out). fleabag was excellent.

watched a couple of glow - pretty meh, but good ***s so swings and roundabouts. will check out the horseman.

btw, the voyeur is one i also saw recently on netflix. excellent docu about this dude who bought a motel to watch folk shagging. top prying red.

Dark is good, but full of “which one’s she again?” moments

Gomorrah S3 still the best thing on TV

Deuce was excellent and will get much better. The dialogue is superb - especially the pimps and the mafia

Looking forward to Spiral.

Anything from the Christmas Tv offerings worth watching?

Been searching and still can’t find it

Did accidentally land on a documentary about 50 years of BBC2 comedy from a few years back. Which was nice.

Don’t bother with The Keepers ffs. Furious I used up 9 hours of my life on that. Endless close-ups of sepia-tinted photos of long-dead priests who may or may not have had a bit of the other with a nun. Could’ve been done in 15 minutes.

Seen Last Chance U?

Third series of Witnesses is good as well, if you don't mind the subtitles.

Taboo - Tom Hardy, British East India Company, plenty of death

Hotel Beau Séjour - Set on the Belgian/Dutch border, a dead girl has to piece together her last moments, really tight plot

Finally found time to binge watch Narcos, near the end of series 2 and loving it.

McMafia (started last night) is getting good reviews. Will watch later
