Default I'm no longer a smoker.

Quit three days ago, from 30 a day to nothing. Feel more energetic already and have had the best sleep in about ten years last night. However I've turned into an irritable c***, any advice as to how not to lose it over nothing?

I'm just over six and a half years and still crave, particularly when I drink coffee or alcohol. I don't think the need ever really leaves you.

I just tell myself I'd invalidate my life and critical illness cover if I smoke again, or I have to pay the smoker rate which is over 30 a month more.

That won't go away for a while (the crankiness). Watch your diet too that will increase two fold if you're not careful.
I don't see myself being able to quit again for a long time.

I thought that, and up until a few months ago still had cravings now and then but I can honestly say they've gone now. The thought of toking on a cig now makes me heave.

Felix? I had three drags on a cigar last night when drunk, that's it though. Considering giving up alcohol too.
