It's like when Homer got into the Stone Cutters and kept desecrating the sacred parchment.

I don't know how anyone who claims to be a goalkeeper but can't actually jump or get his feet off the ground, at all, can think they have any kind of say on anything tbh.

Given that it could certainly be argued he cost us 2 points at home to Sunderland - and thus the title - if I were him I would keep £#%&!ing quiet rather than mouthing off to the papers in a truly mongish fashion

It is a miracle we got as much as we did for him!

Absolutely.

He always reminded me of when an outfield player had to go in goal. The occasional OTT save for the Camera's but absolutely terrifying on crosses, set pieces etc..

He had shocking body language & self confidence...never a United player in a million years.

He does his £#%&!ing job properly & cleans up a routine ball into the box against Kenwyn Jones & we're League Champions ffs

There's a buy back clause in his contract apparently. Now that would be interesting. Won't happen though.

I bricked it at that.

Still - he should have had no problem keeping Arshavins out.

True. He wasn't incompetent, just not a top performer.

Then again, that was a shot along the deck. He got down to low shots well. He just couldn't get himself off the ground (Arshavin's shot, as Stickman says).

Maybe he's got a point. He certainly seemed very distracted every time he played anyway.
