Big gamble but would love to see them rise to the occasion.

I do like him and he looks a player

But I watched some highlights of the other night and he was absolutely poleaxed by his oppo a couple of times. Just think because of the position he plays he might need a little bit more time in the reserves?

Axel in the holding midfield role could be an option? Big athletic guy and can pick a pass too.

Just a shame Garner, Chong, Gomes, Greenwood, Laird and that Largie kid aren't 12-18 months older. Can honestly see this season being too early for them.

Greenwood got a really good goal but actually looked a little nervous and didn’t play that well
Chong is a million miles from being ready but we knew that

Experienced players were the main problem tonight
