Love him, but the man’s a whacko.
Absolutely.

Here’s the full vid (if I’m allowed to post it, if not delete and apologies)

Neville is just such an annoying and rude person. Thinks people are actually there to hear him speak about the %@#$&!s he talks about on MNF. Shut the £#%&! up Gary, we want to hear more from Roy.

Becoming a caricature of himself.

He must be a nightmare to be around.

Love him for what he did for United, but the whole 'tell it like it is*' schtick is as dull as the usual rent-a-quotes out there.

And you can't say "never heard so much rubbish in me life" to EVERYTHING.

Roy, you had an amazing career and an incredible life. Enjoy it sometimes.

*as you see it.

Also the only player in the history of football to ever be legitimately injured. Rotten luck that.

indeed. his football never gets mentioned? mmmmk.

the sort of person who thinks keane is just mental is the sort of person who is happy to settle for mediocrity.

keane wouldn't be hard work. unless you're a @#%&! and a slacker. he seemed reasonably tolerant towards neville, which is more than most of us are.

lucky keano didn't mention anything about horses, brown envelopes or taking the glazer penny, then.

I know who'd I'd invite round for a cuppa out of the two of them.

best bit for me was this:

"so roy, you're keen to get back into management..."

"who's said that?" *death stare*

"you did"

"when?"

"when we were talking just before"

"oh yeah..."

also the look, roll eyes and shake head to the interviewer when he points at gary neville. would make a great gif/smiley on here.

Yep.

Just goes to show how far we’ve fallen doesn’t it?

The way they both talk about the winning mentality and how they’d never let complacency slip in. Now we’ve got these bunch of overpaid shit bags pulling on the shirt.

Unless of course you're a person who'd love to have him back in the team, but also thinks he's just a bit mental.

So basically, everyone except Roy Keane then...

Neville's a little bit too certain of himself now. The arrogance is becoming turbo charged.

He was a great professional for us and a true United player (when it actually meant something), but punditry? Seems to get into it you have to have a really high sense of self-importance, which isn't a good look at the best of times, let alone when you had a crack at proper top tier management and managed to completely Moyes it up.

Watched these earlier and I’m not quite sure why Neville was even there.

For all his ways Keane is brilliant in them situations, he has everyone in the room hanging on his every word, he’s intelligent, funny and can tell a story. I’ve said before, he’d be a great bloke to have a pint with you would just be on constant edge wondering if he was going to glass you.

Thumbs down

Keane needs to learn to show a bit of class, ffs.

Some of his earlier stuff down the years has been pretty funny, such as when he picked his all-time United XI as a team largely made of players Fergie fell out with, but this latest stuff just comes across as try-hard and bitter.

He's a failed manager who is clearly eager to stay within the public eye, and his way of doing that is by coming out with controversial, overly-dramatic statements about a pensioner who has just recovered from a life-threatening brain haemorrhage.

He's in my top 3 United players ever, but it's sad to see him like this. Show a bit of class, ffs, Roy; he doesn't need to pander to the idiots that are entertained by this guff.
