you could play most of the reserves and quite honestly they should play

only space that we can't cover with a reserve is the additional MF spot due to Donny being injured so Matic will need a partner alongside him with Mata but my god it will be the slowest CM trio we've ever played

let mason, james and martial play up front and bring on Amad and Shoretire for the last 30 minutes

I know it sounds like a good idea to play the reserves, but the reason Ole won't do that is they'll get a hiding (Real S are pretty handy), thus setting killing the kids' confidence and setting back their development.

hiding or not....we have a quick turnaround against Newcastle on Sunday so we can't play a bunch of the regulars or they'll be knackered for Sunday and that game is way more important

I wouldn't mind that either, its just the getting there that is a PITA.

it's not so much about not beign arsed about the Europa it's more about the league position we are in currently, the league form and having to play thursday-Sunday

we're not going to be able to sustain a proper top 4 challenge, an fa cup run and a europa league run with the squad we have.

agreed which is why the europa cup has to be considered the last priority which i'm sure a lot will be shown with the team chosen tomorrow and the outcome of the match

if he plays the likes of rashford, bruno, maguire, shaw, DDG, AWB....tells me that he's going for all three at the same level of priority
