This is absolutely spot on.

Unfortunately the average modern football follower has been spoon fed a load of %@#$&!s by the sports media bolstering this sort of opinion.

All team sports are played, coached and managed by human beings with all the various flaws, strengths and personality traits that exist in the world. There are so many variables with how people will interact with each other, cope in certain situations, adapt to different playing styles etc. that it's utter nonsense to say do A and B and you will be successful.

For example, how are Leicester currently top of the league?
