Default Do you class David Beckham as a 'United Legend'?

I personally don't as I feel he didn't have the ability, influence or charisma to be one. Even in what is regarded by many as his finest ever season he was still (imo) the fourth name on the team sheet when it came to picking midfielders.

For the record the two players from my lifetime I see as legends are Eric annd Robbo with Scholes, Giggs, Hughes and Keane being demi-legends.

If the category "United Legends" includes players like Giggs, Scholes, Cantona and Gary then I find it hard to group Beckham with them.

Ignoring all the Liar 23/Real/media %@#$&!s, he was a great player for us and will still be talked about in 50 years. BUT for his image. Not his playing ability. Which is a shame.

Thats just my opinon anyway.

Hugely loyal and integral to our greatest successes of recent times. Not a flair player maybe but what more could you ask of him? A total legend.

Default I don't think

it's insulting beckham to say he isn't a united legend. so, no... not for me.

if neville g is a legend, we have a lot of legends.

I will say that giggs - scholes - keane - beckham was a legendary midfield, however.
