City are a better side, playing at home, after a home game in Europe. Our best player was injured.

Utter crybaby bullshit from the usual suspects.
Juventus should have been out of sight and Bournemouth should have been two or three up after 25 minutes. Being happy with that just guarantees more of it.

I’d like to agree but he bought lukaku, Matic, Sanchez etc and all are way off the pace. There’s no real discernible style he’s trying to achieve and more often than not, the players often don’t look like they’ve played with each other before. This isn’t evident just against teams like city but nearly every £#%&!er we play.

Said from the start that it’s not all his fault but a fair amount of it is.

We start nearly every game poorly now; the players keep saying they know they have to do something about it, as does the manager.

BUT £#%&! ALL EVER ACTUALLY HAPPENS

A side that concedes 21 goals in 12 games despite only playing 3 decent teams is in big trouble. You just can't build anything or do anything going forward when your defence chucks 2 goals in every single game. We don't look any nearer sorting it either. Every single game they do it.

Add to that our plethora of distinctly average, inconsistent naive children we have playing up front for us, plus various other expensive flops and you have a perfect recipe for a shite season.

We're an average side now. It's how average teams operate. Plod along, don't really ever get any better, flatter to deceive and scab the odd result.

that's it.

Most other "also ran" sides still manage to keep free sheets now and then. Conceding in every game without fail should be left to relegation candidates.

I also have the strong feeling this season is going to get much worse.

It could, but I don't think today tells us much in that respect - we were overdue a sound beating there.

When we got back to 2-1 we just seemed happy with a narrow loss

This is not Mancheste United

Said in he pub today "the rot started by using the ronaldo money to reduce the debt"
We started cutting costs and corners and this is where we are now

They are on the wrong feet. They're on chris smalling's feet.

Him receiving the ball and then seeing his limbs take 5 seconds to co-ordinate themselves whilst he makes the most basic sideways pass is just something to behold, It's quite a talent to make something so easy look so difficult but it's the kind of class you expect from someone who had their footballing education playing for maidstone United in the isthman league.

watching City's quarter of a billion quid back line, slotting the ball about like they were playing FIFA on easy mode whilst our cobbled together collection of has-been wingers, former non-league £#%&!ers and braindead plonkers struggled to make 3 passes without falling over their own feet really was a stark indicator of just what a massive £#%&!ing laughing stock we've become.

It's a bit like entering a damage control period with a caretaker manager.
