They'd have to knock it down to turn it into a new stadium. The whole thing is well out-dated. I bet they just stick up some new fences and put plasma screens under the stands.

wythenshawe park

excellent transport links, several chippies to cater for the crowds, a pitch and putt course for the corporate guests, and a statue of cromwell for wee man to tie his flag to

it would also be interesting to see the interaction between scousers and the locals

They should have 5 or 6 possible venues every year, once the teams in the final are known they should pick the stadium that makes the most geographical sense for both sides.

Our Cilla's backyard. In Basingstoke or wherever the £#%&! the scouse bitch lives these days. Or Tarby's backyard. In Basingstoke or wherever the £#%&! the scouse @#%&! lives these days. Or down the jam butty mines in Knotty Ash with Doddy and the Diddymen.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the current system. Football followers in Russia, Greece, Turkey etc have just as much right as anyone else to host and enjoy a European final, perhaps even more so because as fans they are less likely to see one of their own clubs participate.

Central Asia. Because for some reason UEFA seem to think those countries are now part of Europe.

There is no chance of that, look what happened when they didn't qualify for Europe last year.

If UEFA haven't got the balls to keep them out of Europe when they don't even qualify for it what hope do we have.
