Funny, I said the bloke next to me at the game that I was getting bored watching the same pass, he needs to mix it up a bit.

Roy Hodgson must have %@#$&!ed a couple of players for giving Scholes so much space to play the pass, then leave Ronaldo unmarked that he could just stand there, applaud the pass before he taking it down.

They are at perfect stages in their careers to compliment each other in terms of the squad imo. Anderson should be learning a lot from Scholes and Anderson's energy and willingness to get back and help defensively means he is perfect in high tempo/physical games which have started to pass Scholes by.
