he got absolutely cucked

the defender tried to get the ball, but mistimed it slightly. i was expected him to have gone in studs up on his leg.

I used to do one of those tackles every game. Mbappe made a meal of it the shithouse and his team mates are reacting like he has just come back after a year out with a broken leg and this is the first 10 seconds of the game.

Not that bad? At the end of the clip it looks like his ankle gets bent 45 degrees.

I think the explosive speed Mbappe has will always make that look worse than it is. Reaction was completely over the top but it was a bad challenge whichever you look at it.
