It’s hardly like Lampard ditched Chelsea for City. They didn’t renew his contract and he went to the side willing to pay the most for his services.

Going well...

One win in three and lost today against a Japanese side. Managed a 1-1 with Boehmians and only win came against St Patrick.

Gone by March...

United 1 - 1 Chelsea

Great start for the 'lads' against a 'top side'

Sounds about right.

Full of enthusiasm from go. Score early. Cant sustain it. Make a mistake to level it. Run out of ideas. Both sides happy with the draw.

'You just want to get these games out of the way early on'

'Season starts next week'

I would be quite happy with a draw in our opening league fixture, given how we ended the last campaign.

Well it beats "big deal, they were better than I managed them, hey did I mention I used to manage Chelsea?"

exactly what i expect.

You could set your clock to us losing momentum in games last season.

Basically, exactly the same as last season's game at home to Chelsea.
