The Germans will run rampant, 3-1 or 4-2

wouldn't surprise if the Argies nicked this - very tight defence and Messi, di Maria, Higuain up top with Aguero to come off the bench

Really tight game thanks to negative Argentina. Their best player will be mascherano.

A peno to win it.

What I'd give for it to be a Messi own goal in the last minute of injury time.

Or another 7-1 for Germany.

Thumbs up

Got money on Arg from before it started but can't see past Germany like most here

Immediate and pernament sterilisation for anyone who chooses the itv coverage over BBc. Not for the first time they didn't have the mics working last night - complete amateur hour

Breaking cool story - a mate met load of ex players on the beach last night. Veron happy to pose for all photos being the top red he is Rio will be bloody seething that argentina have taken over

3-1 to the Greatest Country.

Muller, Kroos and Podolski off the bench.

Red card for the argies, late consolation goal for Messi.

4-2 to Germany. will be closer than that though, Neuer will make 5/6 world class saves from Messi before being beaten by him in the 85th minute. Too little too late.

I reckon Germany will piss it, tbh.

An 11pm kick off doesn't sound too bad but I can guarantee that if I stay up it will be the worst 0-0 game ever played, followed by extra time and penalties.

So want Germany to win this , as much as any Toppest red likes to see Argentina do well , I dint think they are that good . Messi aside nobody really gets the juices flowing .

Germany are a complete team . Immense collective willpower . The midfield is head shakingly tremendous .

I like their kit as well .

had an immense tournament to be fair to the rat faced, bindipping thunder@#%&!.

..I'd love Messi to turn it on tonight & score an absolute "worldy" as Merse would say.
Germany deserve to win it though. By far & away the best team.
