Can't remember last time Everton had an interesting side. Might actually be worth watching for once.

Richarlison should score twice as many as he does but he’s very dangerous. Hames looking very classy.

Shades of Pea with that back header, you know you’ve got some quality around you when Calvert-Lewin is banging in hatties.

Digne is such an underrated left back. Both james and docoure would walk into our team. But according to ed we dont have any money...but the likes of everton do.

I’ve no real idea as to what Zidane had against him. Does he just develop weird grudges and then refuse to let them go?

Allan would have been a better signing for us than Doucoure.

Reported as anywhere between £12m-20m tbf but he looks like a quality player who has time on the ball. Will be interesting to see if he can maintain it for the season.

Richarlison burning that (offside) one like it was nothing but hits every defender he can from 4 yards out.

Enter man utds shit recruitment team. No doubt we will sign him for 30 million on 300k a week once he turns 32.

Truth is the club only ever "invests" is when it finishes outside the top 4 as it will start to affect sponsers. The glazers have no ambition in winning, its about maximising how much money they can make. Why spend 100 million each year to move up 2 spots.

Feel for ole. First time since fergie the team looks exciting , but no doubt needs investment.

Think we will start strong but once the champions league games hit we will start to drop points. Imagine having mata, james, lingard, andreas, fred, jones, dalot and ighalo as players you need to make 15-20 appearances in a season

Hopefully we stay injury free and manage 3rd again.

Banfield, his first club, have said it was a free transfer this week..

Would’ve been £60m had we been interested, obvs

Jesus christ you two, dry your knickers.

We've got Pogba, Fernandes and Van De Beek ffs, we're hardly struggling for quality

Crazy what a couple of good signings can do. Obviously not going too far too soon, but the confidence they've got and how it elevates their other better players is clear.

We've seen it with Fernandes for us and I do believe teams can be closer to something good more often than they appear.

One or two good signings would elevate us. 3 or 4 would put us right there IMO.
