Not sure that is trying too hard it’s more a case of a “ world class” player being repeatedly sloppy or reckless

Play him as an attacker and he'll give away a lot fewer penalties and do more for the midfield.

Most time he gives away possession, freekicks or penalties it's because he's trying too hard.

If we had just accepted earlier that he's an attacker not a defender we'd have got a lot better value out of him.

Let's try rashford, martial, poigba in front of bruno and a holding two and see how it goes.

I worry a little about him defensively. What we need is roy keane instead of fred. I'd be happy then.

Starting to doubt him tbh...

Credit to Ole, he knew he wasn’t ready.

Hopefully settles in by next season.

Played ok when he came on....moved it on, chased down and got in the tackle....

It's tough when you're in and out of the team the chemistry is impossible to achieve....

Will hopefully see him settled in the team when Pogba goes....

If you were expecting a hard tackling holding midfielder then I'm sorry, you don't watch enough football.

Impossible to judge him on anything the way he keeps getting treated.

Tidy as £#%&! and essential to keeping the ball moving. Some of his one touch stuff is (obviously) pure ajax/ total football.

Lovely little player and will hopefully be picked more often when Pogba £#%&!s off
