I think Rio not playing would suggest, like many have said, that he is carrying some sort of injury. Like the midfield.

Bit of a bad back, according to mutv. Giggs has picked up a hamstring injury, too.

Wayne, along with having a chest infection, but up a niggle on his calf.

Rio has been far from his usual self this season so far. Everything points to a niggly injury - the lack of pace and movement, poor recovery and errors.
