Not a tomato based pasta thing, I'm on about some sort of dipping sauce/marinade/almost kebab sauce.
Grown some f***ing cracking jalapeno's (my scotch bonnets are really struggling in the climate), and want a good recipe to turn them into something I can lash all over my steaks this winter. I'd presume it'd be olive oil based, chillis, vinegar? sugar? Cmon Fredsters, help me out. Good rep to all those who can help. TIA. |
